Roof Inspection Services
The goal of each roof inspection is to determine the amount of moisture that threatens your roof and home. We use a 3-tier moisture content classification system for all inspections:
- Dry: <20% Moisture content. In this case, your roof is in good condition and likely will not need any further attention.
- Damp: 20–25% Moisture content. Depending on the roof material and its overall condition and age, this level of moisture may require repair or even replacement.
- Wet: >25% Moisture content. This level of moisture will likely require a complete roof replacement.
