- Calibration using known dry zones for accurate scan baseline
- Moisture Probe Testing using Tramex CMEX meters and stainless-steel pins
- Core Cuts for confirmation of assembly and moisture levels
- Moisture Mapping showing anomaly zones and probe/core locations
- Condition Ratings for membrane, insulation, and flashing assemblies
- Remaining Service Life Estimates based on condition and exposure

Moisture Content Classification
- Dry: <20% Moisture Content
